The HR Executive will play a key role in managing and supporting core human resource functions across all companies within the group. This includes recruitment, employee relations, payroll administration, statutory compliance, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and passionate about creating a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for all group companies, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
2. Training & Development: Plan and implement training programs, employee development sessions, and engagement initiatives to enhance workforce capabilities.
3. Employee Relations: Address employee grievances, handle counseling and disciplinary actions in a professional and confidential manner.
4. Payroll Administration: Administer payroll activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing of salaries, deductions, and reimbursements.
5. Statutory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all labor laws and statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, and Professional Tax, along with internal HR policies.
6. Employee Engagement: Organize team-building events, recognition programs, and cultural initiatives to promote a healthy and positive workplace culture.
