Handle recruitment for technical, sales, and field positions (e.g., engineers, technicians, telecallers, installers).
Conduct interviews, shortlist candidates, and coordinate with hiring managers.
Manage onboarding, induction, and documentation for new joiners.
Maintain employee records and attendance systems.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and HR-related documentation.
Support payroll processing and maintain leave & attendance data.
Implement HR policies and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.).
Organize training sessions, team-building, and engagement activities.
Handle employee queries, grievances, and ensure healthy work culture.
Coordinate performance evaluation and appraisal process.
Support HR audits, reports, and management reviews.
