Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding).
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Assist in payroll processing and attendance management.
Conduct employee engagement activities and maintain a positive work culture.
Support HR policies and procedures implementation.
Manage employee queries and grievances professionally.
Coordinate for performance reviews and appraisals.
Prepare HR reports and documentation as required.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Basic knowledge of HRMS and MS Office.
Understanding of HR policies and labor laws (preferred).
Qualification:
MBA / BBA / PGDM in Human Resource Management or related field.
1-2 years of experience in HR operations or generalist role
