The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing the human resources department, including overseeing employee recruitment and onboarding, developing and administering policies and procedures, and administering employee benefits.
HR Executive Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective human resources strategies and initiatives that support the organization's overall mission and objectives.
Oversee employee recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes.
Administer employee benefits programs, manage payroll, and ensure compliance with all employment laws.
Develop and maintain relationships with external partners to facilitate recruitment activities.
Develop and maintain HR metrics to track employee performance.
Monitor performance reviews and analyze feedback for trends in employee development.
Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, taxes, leaves, turnover rates etc.) in both electronic and paper form.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
