HR Executive - Hybrid (4 days in-office, 2 days WFH)

We're looking for a

people-first HR Manager

to join our growing Mumbai team. Someone who enjoys working in dynamic environments, values both people and performance, and can help shape Datastraw's next phase of growth.

What You'll Do

Oversee end-to-end HR operations - onboarding, engagement, and exits Drive employee engagement and retention programs Manage recruitment and hiring for internal roles Ensure HR compliance and maintain accurate employee records Partner with leadership to strengthen processes, culture, and communication Conduct performance reviews and support employee development Manage learning and training initiatives across teams

What We're Looking For

3-5 years of experience in HR management or similar roles Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in a startup or small business environment (preferred) A people-first mindset with a balanced, practical approach Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining empathy and discretion

Work Setup

Hybrid:
