Understand departmental hiring needs and work with managers to define job roles and candidate profiles.
Create and post job advertisements on job portals, hospital website, and social media.
Source candidates through online platforms, referrals, campus drives, and recruitment agencies.
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary telephonic/video interviews to assess suitability.
Coordinate interviews with departmental heads and ensure smooth communication with candidates.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers, databases, and reports.
Negotiate offers and issue offer letters after final selection.
Facilitate smooth onboarding of new employees, including documentation and induction.
Ensure recruitment activities are aligned with hospital policies and labor laws.
Assist in employer branding initiatives and improve candidate experience.
Support HR team in other generalist functions as and when required.
