Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Executive to join our team in the BPO industry. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment or HR operations, with strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and employee engagement. You will be responsible for managing the hiring process, onboarding, and supporting daily HR activities to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Manage bulk hiring for voice, non-voice, and support roles in the BPO domain.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure timely closures.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases.
Assist in payroll preparation, employee engagement activities, and grievance handling.
Support HR operations like offer letter generation, documentation, and exit formalities.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and statutory requirements.
Prepare and share recruitment/HR reports with management on a regular basis.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or MBA in Human Resources or related field.
1-2 years of experience in HR (Recruitment or HR Operations) - mandatory.
Experience in BPO hiring or high-volume recruitment preferred.
Good knowledge of job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
