We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to lead and streamline HR operations for our headquarters in India and Middle East offices. This role will be instrumental in formalizing policies, managing coordination, and ensuring efficient HR service delivery in alignment with company standards and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Formalize and implement
company-wide HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance
with local labor laws, regulatory requirements, and internal governance standards.
Act as the primary liaison
between headquarters and regional branch offices for all HR-related matters.
Facilitate effective communication
and alignment across regional branches to ensure consistent HR practices.
Coordinate with finance teams
to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
Maintain comprehensive documentation
and audit trails for compensation, benefits, and other HR processes.
Track and manage company assets
assigned to employees across all locations, ensuring accountability and proper record-keeping.
Ensure adherence
to documentation, retrieval, and data retention protocols.
