About the Role

We are hiring an enthusiastic HR Executive with 1-3 years of experience to handle recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment & onboarding

Maintain attendance, payroll inputs & HR records

Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC & statutory norms

Organize employee engagement & welfare activities

Support in training, appraisals & documentation

Candidate Profile

Graduate in HR / Business Administration

1-3 years of experience in HR Generalist / HR Operations / Recruitment

Excellent communication & people skills

Proficiency in MS Excel & HR tools
