Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
Assist in organizing HR events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
Support day-to-day HR administrative tasks.
Communicate with candidates and employees in a professional manner.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Positive attitude, proactive, and eager to learn.
