Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment processes
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Daily punching of attendance in excel sheets
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Ensure and manage the compliance with labor laws and internal policies
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
1-3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles
Strong communication and organizational skills
Knowledge of HRMS and MS Office tools
