Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Executive with 2-5 years of experience to manage end-to-end HR operations. The role involves overseeing recruitment, onboarding, payroll, statutory compliance, and employee engagement activities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of HR processes, and the ability to support organizational growth through effective people management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the entire recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and payroll data. Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures. Conduct employee engagement activities, handle grievances, and promote a positive work culture. Assist in performance appraisals, training, and development programs. Support management in executing HR strategies aligned with business goals.

Requirements:

Qualification: Graduate in BBA/BA/B.Com or equivalent; MBA in HR preferred. Experience: 2-5 years in HR operations, with exposure to IT recruitment preferred. Strong understanding of HR practices, payroll management, and labour law compliance. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Candidates located in or near Navi Mumbai, Thane are preferred.
