Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting interviews.
Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation programs.
Submit Labour compliance & statutory compliance on timely manner
Maintain monthly employees data in system
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Stay up-to-date on Indian employment laws, regulations, and statutory requirements and ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices are compliant.
Provide support to employees on HR-related inquiries and concerns.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.
Minimum 4 years experience required
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectiv
ely.
