Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, interviews, selection, and joining formalities.
Coordinate manpower planning in collaboration with department heads.
Monitor attendance and leave records using biometric or manual systems.
Coordinate with accounts for monthly payroll processing.
Maintain employee master data and update records regularly.
Address employee grievances professionally and confidentially.
Plan and execute employee welfare and engagement activities (festivals, safety week, etc.).
