Manage end-to-end recruitment for factory and office roles (workers, staff, engineers, etc.)
Maintain attendance, leave, and overtime records. l Prepare inputs for payroll processing.
Address employee grievances and coordinate with supervisors for resolution.
Conduct employee engagement activities and welfare programs
Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and factory acts
Maintain statutory registers and records (PF, ESIC, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.)
Identify training needs in coordination with department heads
Maintain training records and evaluate effectiveness
Assist in implementing appraisal systems and performance reviews
Maintain employee files, HRMIS data, and HR dashboards
Skills to have :
Proven experience in Human resource management
Strong communication and interpersonal skill
Problem-solving and negotiation abilities

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
