Source and screen resumes from job portals, social media, and internal references.
Coordinate and conduct initial HR rounds/interviews.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing ? screening ? interview scheduling ? offer negotiation ? onboarding.
Maintain candidate database and ensure timely feedback follow-ups.
HR Operations
Assist in onboarding and joining formalities for new hires.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Support payroll processing and attendance management.
Handle basic HR queries, documentation, and compliance requirements.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth HR operations.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Time management and multitasking ability.
