Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR operations -- recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and exit formalities
Maintain employee records, attendance, and documentation
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Labour Laws, etc.)
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions
Prepare and maintain HR reports and MIS
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Support management in workforce planning and performance management
Conduct employee engagement activities and support training initiatives
Requirements:
Graduate / Postgraduate in HR or related field
3-4 years of experience in HR management
Strong knowledge of
HR compliance, documentation, and payroll
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality
