Job Description

Recruitment & Onboarding:



Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and issuing offer letters Conduct employee onboarding, document verification, and induction programs Coordinate with department heads for staffing needs

Employee Relations & Engagement:



Maintain employee records including attendance, leave, and personal files Address employee queries related to HR policies, salary, and benefits Support in organizing training, awareness programs, and staff welfare activities Assist in drafting warning memos, notices, and disciplinary action letters under supervision

Payroll & Compliance:



Collect and validate attendance data for payroll processing Ensure statutory compliance. Maintain HR MIS reports and data dashboards regularly

Policy & Documentation:



Ensure HR documentation including offer letters, appointment letters, contracts, exit formalities, and experience letters are properly managed Help implement and maintain HR policies and SOPs
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
