This role ensures smooth HR processes and supports organizational growth through effective people management.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interviewing, and selection)
Conduct employee onboarding and exit formalities
Maintain and update employee database and HR documents
Manage attendance, leaves, and payroll coordination with accounts
Assist in performance management and appraisal processes
Organize employee engagement and training activities
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
Support management in implementing HR policies and initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
1-3 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and documentation abilities
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
