About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bulk hiring and HR operations, with a strong ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment, including bulk hiring for various roles

Sourcing and screening candidates through multiple channels

Scheduling and conducting interviews

Handle onboarding, document verification, and employee induction

Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks

Requirements:

1 to 3 years of relevant experience in recruitment and HR operations

Prior experience in bulk hiring is a must

Strong communication and coordination skills

Ability to handle high-volume recruitment

Must be available to join immediately

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Salary: Best in industry / Negotiable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
