HR Executive



Roles & Responsibilities -



1. Managing the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and finalizing hires.

2. Coordinating new employee onboarding, orientation programs, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

3. Acting as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, Fostering a positive work environment by implementing employee engagement activities, ensuring fair treatment, and addressing issues promptly.

4. Assisting in the development and implementation of performance management systems. Conducting performance reviews and supporting managers in assessing employee performance.

5. Identifying training needs and organizing development programs for staff to enhance their skills and performance.

6. Managing employee benefits like health insurance, leave policies, and other perks. Maintaining employee records and HR data in an organized and confidential manner.

7. Drafting and updating company policies and procedures related to employee management. Ensuring policies align with company goals and regulatory requirements.

8. Ensuring the organization complies with local, state, and national labor laws (e.g., minimum wage, working hours, employee rights, etc.). Keeping updated on legal changes related to HR and company compliance, such as labor laws, Company laws workplace safety regulations, and data protection rules (e.g., GDPR).

9. Conducting workplace inspections, managing safety training, and reporting any incidents in compliance with legal standards.

10. Handling compliance with government reporting requirements (e.g., tax filings, social security filings. Preparing and submitting required legal reports and documentation to governmental agencies.

11. Effectively handling projects that are assigned and managing them with all due responsibilities.

12. You will be reporting to Director & Managing Director.

13. And all the office responsibilities occur time to time.

Additional Skills for an HR Executive:



Strong knowledge of employment law and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Experience with HR software and compliance tracking systems.
