Job Title: HR Executive

Location: Mira Road, Mumbai

Industry: Elevator / Manufacturing

Experience: 2 - 5 years

Salary: Open Budget (based on skills and experience)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays Off)

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical, operational, and administrative roles.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and references.

Coordinate interviews and manage onboarding & induction processes.

HR Operations & Compliance

Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management.

Prepare and manage HR documentation - offer letters, appointment letters, etc.

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).

Employee Engagement & Welfare

Organize employee engagement activities, birthday celebrations, and events.

Address employee queries, grievances, and maintain a healthy work environment.

Payroll & Performance Support

Coordinate attendance and leave data for payroll.

Assist in the performance appraisal process and maintain employee evaluation records.

Training & Development

Identify training needs and coordinate sessions for employee skill enhancement.

Skills & Qualifications:

_

Bachelor's degree in HR / Management (MBA in HR preferred).

2-5 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment (manufacturing industry preferred).

Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

Hands-on experience with HRMS / Excel / MS Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
