Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and candidate follow-ups
Work with hiring managers to understand job requirements
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and references
Conduct initial HR screenings to assess candidate suitability
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures
HR Operations:
Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Assist with attendance, leave management, and probation evaluations
Coordinate with the accounts team for payroll inputs and full & final settlements
Help manage employee engagement initiatives and feedback activities
Provide support for PF/ESIC/insurance-related compliance and vendor coordination
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in HR (Recruitment + Operations)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of HR processes and compliance
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets)
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environme
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
