Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment cycle for retail sales positions - from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and selection.
Develop and execute hiring strategies to fulfill staffing needs within defined timelines.
Conduct interviews and collaborate with store managers for final selections.
Manage pre-joining and onboarding formalities for new employees.
Maintain and update candidate databases using Google Docs and other tools.
Ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new retail team members.
Requirements
Open to all genders, age 21-35 years.
Graduate/Postgraduate in
Human Resources
or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in
retail or frontline hiring
.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to handle
bulk hiring
in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with
recruitment portals
and sourcing techniques.

10:30 AM - 7:30 PM
