Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer letters, and joining formalities.
Complete pre-boarding documentation and facilitate smooth onboarding and induction.
HR Operations
Maintain employee records, update HRMS, and manage all documentation related to the employee lifecycle.
Handle processes related to promotions, transfers, confirmations, exits, full & final settlements, and issuing relieving letters.
Draft, implement, and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Administer employee and office asset insurance policies, including renewals and claims.
Coordinate with insurance vendors for policy issuance, renewals, and claims settlement.
Payroll
Process monthly payroll, including salary revisions, deductions, and reimbursements.
Manage salary structures, tax calculations, and generate payroll reports.
Employee Engagement
Address employee grievances, manage disciplinary actions, and support employee well-being.
Plan and organize employee engagement activities and events.
Training & Performance Management
Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
Administer the performance appraisal process and maintain related records.
Audits & Administration
Ensure proper documentation for internal and external audits (QMS, ISMS, etc.).
Maintain employee files and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
Oversee administrative tasks such as issuing ID/visiting cards and managing office equipment and supplies.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
0-3 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in the IT/software sector.
Ability to independently manage recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee relations.
Good understanding of Indian labour laws, statutory requirements, and HRMS systems.
