HR Executive

with hands-on experience in using

Spine Payroll Software

to join our team.

The HR Executive will play a key role in managing HR functions including payroll processing, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have practical experience working with Spine Payroll Software and preferably a background in the jewellery industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end payroll processing using Spine Payroll Software. Handle recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding. Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance. Support employee engagement activities and resolve HR-related queries. Assist in performance management and training coordination. Coordinate with management on HR policies and employee welfare.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

2 to 5 years of relevant HR experience. Hands-on experience with

Spine Payroll Software

is mandatory. Prior experience in the jewellery industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
