We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Executive
to handle
retail hiring and onboarding
. The role is focused only on recruitment and onboarding for retail staff. Compliance, payroll, and other HR functions are managed by a separate team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail sales staff positions (sourcing, screening, scheduling, and selection).
Develop hiring strategies to meet staffing requirements within defined timelines.
Conduct interviews and coordinate with store managers for final selection.
Handle pre-joining and onboarding formalities for new hires.
Maintain candidate databases in google docs.
Ensure smooth integration of new staff into the retail operations team.
Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.
2-3 years of experience in
retail hiring / frontline hiring
.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage bulk hiring and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing strategies.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
