Handle end-to-end recruitment process.
Post job openings and source candidates through various channels.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Conduct employee onboarding and orientation.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Manage attendance, leave records, and timesheets.
Assist in monthly payroll processing.
Handle statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.).
Draft offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
Ensure smooth employee exit and full & final settlement.
Conduct employee engagement and welfare activities.
Address employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment.
Coordinate performance appraisal and maintain performance records.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies.
Organize training and development sessions.
Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and regulations.
Maintain confidentiality of employee data and HR matters.
Support internal and external HR audits.
Prepare HR reports and MIS as required.
Communicate HR policies and updates to staff.
