Sun Chem India is seeking a dynamic and experienced
HR Recruiter
with a strong background in
plant-level hiring
to support our growing team at our
cosmetics manufacturing unit.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in
blue- and white-collar recruitment
, preferably in a manufacturing or plant setup.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for plant-level positions (production, QC, maintenance, etc.)
Source candidates through various channels - job portals, references, agencies, and local networks
Screen, interview, and coordinate selection processes
Maintain recruitment databases and generate reports
Ensure timely onboarding and documentation of new hires
Support other HR operational functions as needed
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, or related field
Experience:
Minimum
1 year
of relevant experience in
plant/industrial hiring
Proven knowledge of
blue-collar hiring
, contract staffing, and local manpower sourcing
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
Immediate joiners or candidates with a
maximum 15-day notice
preferred
Salary:
To be discussed during the interview

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
