Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information.
Preparing salary & wages
Preparing payslips and emailing
Maintaining attendance records
Should have knowledge of description heads which gives tax exemption on salary and
Regular working of PF & ESIC with payment and follow up with consultant for completion of statutory work
Full understanding of HR functions and best practices
