Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented

HR Recruiter

with

2+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment

, specifically in

bulk hiring

for voice/non-voice BPO or similar roles. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in high-volume sourcing, screening, and onboarding, with some exposure to basic HR operations. Willingness to work in

night shift

is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle

end-to-end recruitment

for BPO, customer service, and operational roles (bulk hiring) Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, references, and internal databases Conduct telephonic screenings, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers Manage walk-ins, job drives, and mass recruitment activities as needed Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports Ensure a smooth onboarding process by coordinating with internal stakeholders Provide regular updates on hiring status to reporting managers Assist in basic HR operations tasks as needed (offer letter generation, documentation follow-up, etc.) Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring guidelines Support employee queries related to hiring and joining formalities

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong experience in

bulk hiring / high-volume recruitment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of sourcing strategies and candidate engagement Familiarity with ATS tools, Excel trackers, and job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed) Basic understanding of HR operations and onboarding Ability to work independently and manage tight timelines Comfortable working in a

night shift (mandatory)

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant field Minimum

2 years of recruitment experience

, preferably in BPO or volume hiring Prior exposure to basic HR coordination or documentation is a plus
