Key Responsibilities
Manage
end-to-end recruitment process
- sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding employees.
Maintain
employee records, HRMS data, and statutory compliance documentation
.
Assist in developing and implementing
HR policies, procedures, and code of conduct
in alignment with company objectives.
Handle
payroll processing, attendance, and leave management
with accuracy and compliance.
Support the
performance management cycle
including appraisals, feedback, and training needs identification.
Organize
training & development programs
to upskill employees and enhance productivity.
Drive
employee engagement initiatives
, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
Coordinate with departments for
manpower planning and workforce allocation
.
Ensure compliance with
labour laws, health & safety norms, and statutory regulations
.
Prepare
MIS reports
for management on HR metrics including attrition, headcount, and productivity.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of
HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliance
.
Hands-on experience with
HRMS / HR software
.
Excellent
communication, interpersonal, and conflict management
skills.
Ability to multitask and handle
employee relations with empathy and fairness
.
Proficiency in
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Timely closure of recruitment within defined SLA.
Accuracy in payroll processing & statutory compliance.
Employee retention & satisfaction index.
Successful execution of training & engagement activities.
Quality of HR MIS reporting for management.
