Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
Conduct employee onboarding and orientation sessions.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation as per company policies and legal requirements.
Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc.).
Assist in performance management processes and appraisal cycles.
Address employee queries about HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Help in organizing training and development initiatives.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal events.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations.
Prepare HR reports, metrics, and dashboards for management review.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in an HR role (freshers with internships may be considered).
Knowledge of HR systems (HRMS) and MS Office tools.
Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Discretion in handling confidential information.
