Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, scheduling interviews).
Support onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Assist in drafting HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate training & development activities.
Support employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.
Handle basic HR operations and administrative tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Fresher (0-1 year of experience in HR will be an added advantage).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong knowledge of HR concepts and functions.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good organizational and multitasking skills.
Positive attitude, team-oriented, and eager to learn.
