Key Responsibilities



Recruitment (80%)



Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for all roles -- from junior staff to mid-level management. Coordinate with outlet managers and department heads to understand hiring needs. Source candidates through various channels -- job portals, social media, referrals, local networks, etc. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule final rounds. Maintain a talent pipeline and reduce time-to-hire. Coordinate onboarding and documentation for new hires.

Employee Engagement (20%)



Support and implement employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and retention. Collect feedback from outlet teams and suggest HR solutions. Assist in organizing small-scale team events, feedback sessions, and rewards programs. Maintain employee records and help with grievance handling if needed.

Outlet Visits



Visit outlets as required for hiring drives, grievance handling, or HR support. A two-wheeler for travel.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
