Job Description

We are seeking HR Recruiter to join our thriving Software Development company. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to fuel our continued growth and success. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

-Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to source, attract, and retain top software development professionals.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to build a diverse talent pipeline.
- Conduct comprehensive screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit.
- Facilitate communication and feedback between candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics to optimize strategies and improve hiring efficiency.
- Stay current with industry trends, market knowledge, and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Maintaining computer system by updating and entering data
- Setting appointments and arranging meetings
- Maintaining calendars of HR management team
- Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process

Requirements:

- Bachelor/Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of various recruiting techniques, tools, and platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Familiarity with software development roles, technologies, and terminology is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹5,001.00 per month
