We are looking for a dynamic HR professional with proven expertise in
Talent Acquisition
. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end IT recruitment, ensure seamless onboarding & offboarding, support Senior HR.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles such as Developers, Testers, and Designers.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
Coordinate and conduct interviews in collaboration with hiring managers.
Drive employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
Assist in Senior HR.
Maintain HR records, reports, and compliance documentation.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors / MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
2-5 years of experience in IT recruitment.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS tools, and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
