Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Maintain and update employee records (e.g., onboarding, offboarding, promotions, leaves).
Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely disbursement of salaries.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and initiatives.
Support training and development programs and track participation.
Handle employee grievances and assist in resolving workplace conflicts.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
Manage attendance, leave tracking, and timesheet data.
Conduct induction and orientation for new joiners.
