Daily Petty cash record, Cash voucher, Record of all admin related bills, Prepare monthly pending bill list, To check the daily work of Admin staff.(Stationery,Pantry,Housekeeping, Filing work, Document Inward and Outward),Prepare monthly bill MIS, Asset Management (Laptop/Desktop/AC/Chair/Books/Office stamp, DSC'S),Monthly calculation of rented Laptop, Check the Tenders daily, Event Management (Arrangement of Monthly/Occasionally celebrations, Staff welfare)Monthly budgets, Time office (Checking of punching, name addition into software, Prepare monthly attendance sheet, Recruitment (Searching/Joining,Introduction,salary negotiation, leave record, salary slip, relieving procedure, Preparation of HR letters),Meetings (Prepare Agenda),Maintain discipline, Other govt.work, Help to Accounts dept. for making bank related letters, Check the monthly bank statements, Salary procedure, Follow up of monthly office building maintenance, Preparation of partners quotation (Yearly),Task checking of all staff in firm's software, Other work
Computer Literacy:- Good command on MS office.
Qualification:- B.Com,M.Com or MBA HR
Working hours:
Monday to Saturday: - 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
(2nd & 4th Saturday and all Sunday's off)
Salary:- As per company standards
