HR Executive
Job Responsibilities:
Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360 evaluations)
Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
Designing and Implementing Employee Engagement Programmes
Conducting formal and informal employee satisfaction surveys
Manage employees' grievances
Design compensation and benefits packages
Monitor HR department's budget
Measure employee retention and turnover rates
Oversee daily operations of the HR department
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
l
Graduate or Postgraduate in HR Management.
Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
Knowledge and demonstrable understanding with full-cycle recruiting
Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
Demonstrable leadership abilities
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
IT literacy, experience of Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
An understanding of the statutory responsibilities of running a company.
An understanding of the operation, application, and accountability of Company funds.
Experience of companies that work in partnership as wellas competition.
Willing to travel.
Event organization.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
