Handle recruitment activities and orientation of new joinees.
Maintain employee records, employee information, leaves, attendance and payroll.
Development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
Handle monthly performance review to analyse the productivity of each employee.
Handle annual performance appraisal to decide the annual salary increment
.
Manage employee grievance to maintain healthy professional relationship between employees and their reporting managers, without compromising on productivity.
Assist in routine administrative work.
Qualification and Skills required
Candidate should be a graduate with 3-4 years of experience in HR role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Should be good at MS office and internet based tools.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
