Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
5+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in
sales recruitment
Strong understanding of sales team structures and metrics
Proven experience managing HR operations in a growing organization
Hands-on experience with ATS/HRIS systems (e.g., BambooHR, Greenhouse, Workday)
Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and influence senior stakeholders
