Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



CRM Lead Distribution & Team Follow-up



Allocate daily CRM leads to the telecalling team. Monitor lead status, follow-up progress, and ensure timely updates in CRM. Track and share daily/weekly lead performance reports with management.

Recruitment & Onboarding



Manage end-to-end recruitment process - job posting, screening, scheduling interviews. Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements. Handle employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.

Payroll & Attendance



Maintain attendance records, leaves, and shift schedules. Coordinate payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement. Resolve payroll-related queries of staff.

Employee Engagement & Exit Management



Support employee engagement initiatives and HR activities. Manage resignation process, conduct exit interviews, and maintain proper records.

Required Qualifications & Skills:



Education:

Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)

Experience:

1-3 years in HR operations (freshers with good skills may also apply) Good knowledge of CRM tools & MS Office. Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
