Job Description

Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Onboarding



Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles (e.g., forklift operators, service technicians, sales engineers). Liaise with recruitment agencies and job portals to source candidates. Conduct initial screenings and arrange interviews with departmental heads. Prepare offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documentation. Facilitate induction programs and coordinate training schedules.

2. Employee Relations



Handle day-to-day employee queries and grievances. Support disciplinary and performance-related discussions. Foster positive workplace culture aligned with company values.

3. HR Operations



Maintain and update employee records in HRMS or manual systems. Process attendance, leaves, and payroll inputs in coordination with the accounts team. Monitor contract staff and third-party manpower deployments.

4. Compliance & Documentation



Ensure statutory compliance (ESI, PF, ) Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws applicable to field and factory staff
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
