Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews)
Handle onboarding and induction for new employees
Maintain employee records and update HR systems
Assist with payroll, leave management, and attendance tracking
Support performance appraisal processes
Address employee queries and support HR policies
Help plan employee engagement activities
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
2 years of HR experience
Good understanding of HR practices and labor laws
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools
