Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support in preparing offer letters and joining formalities.
Ensure smooth onboarding of new employees and volunteers.
HR Operations
Maintain employee records (physical and digital).
Assist in attendance and leave management.
Support payroll processing by providing attendance/leave data.
Employee Engagement & Welfare
Assist in organizing team-building and engagement activities.
Support in grievance redressal and employee query handling.
Policy & Compliance
Ensure adherence to NGO's HR policies and processes.
Assist in documentation for statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.) with guidance.
Training & Development
Help coordinate training sessions/workshops for staff and volunteers.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree (preferably in HR, Management, or Social Sciences).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Eagerness to learn and contribute in the NGO sector.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
