Assist in the recruitment process (job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, attendance, and leaves.
Assist in payroll preparation and documentation.
Support employee engagement activities and events.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Coordinate with different departments for HR-related needs.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
0-1 year of HR experience (internship experience can be considered).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
