Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and candidate selection
Proactively source potential candidates through various platforms (job portals, social media, networking, employee referrals)
Facilitate smooth onboarding of new hires, including preparing offer letters, documentation, and induction programs
Handle employee offboarding, exit interviews, and proper documentation
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities to maintain a positive work culture
Maintain and update employee records in the HR management system
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and local labor laws
Provide timely HR support and address employee queries related to HR processes
Prepare regular reports related to recruitment and HR metrics
Skills & Qualifications:
1 - 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in recruitment and employee lifecycle management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to manage multiple tasks
Proficient in MS Office and familiar with HR software (e.g., HRMS, ATS tools)
Good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with a problem-solving attitude
Immediate availability is a strong advantage
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in fast-paced corporate environment
