Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
? Handle end-to-end recruitment for warehouse staff (pickers, packers, loaders,
supervisors, etc.).
? Coordinate with agencies/vendors for manpower hiring.
? Conduct joining formalities, documentation, and induction for new employees.
2. Attendance & Payroll Management
? Maintain employee attendance records (biometric/manual).
? Coordinate with payroll team for salary processing.
? Handle salary-related queries and resolve discrepancies.
3. Employee Engagement & Welfare
? Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and retention.
? Address employee grievances and provide timely resolutions.
? Ensure safe and healthy working conditions as per labour laws.
4. Performance & Discipline
? Track and review employee performance on a regular basis.
? Assist in performance appraisals and feedback sessions.
? Handle disciplinary actions, warning letters, and exit formalities.
Desired Candidate Profile
? Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
? 0.5-2 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in warehouse / logistics / supply
chain sector.
? Knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, payroll, and compliance.
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Hindi/English/Local language).
? Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
? Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
