Job Title: HR Executive / Recruitment Executive - Hospitality



Job Summary:

An HR Executive in the Hospitality industry is responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment / hiring and onboarding to training and performance management, often in a fast-paced, multi-location environment. Key duties include talent acquisition for store-level staff and managers, developing training programs for consistent service standards, ensuring HR policies are implemented, and fostering a positive workplace culture to support rapid growth and employee retention.:

Key Responsibilities:



Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding:

Leading recruitment for corporate and store-level roles, such as area managers and kitchen staff, and creating initiatives to attract top talent in the competitive QSR sector.

*Onboarding:

Designing and implementing robust onboarding programs for new hires and overseeing continuous training initiatives for all levels of employees, ensuring adherence to service and quality standards.

*HR Operations & Policy:

Managing day-to-day HR operations and ensuring HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented across all locations.

*Workforce Planning:

Working closely with operations to forecast staffing needs, especially in a high-growth QSR business.

*Employee Relations:

Cultivating a positive workplace culture and addressing employee relations matters to support organizational growth and efficiency.

*Performance Management:

Executing performance cycles, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback, to develop and retain employees.

*HR Operations & Policy:

Managing day-to-day HR operations and ensuring HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented across all locations.

Collaboration with Hiring Managers:



*Understanding Hiring Needs

: Meet regularly with restaurant managers to understand staffing requirements based on peak seasons, turnover rates, and company goals.

*Training

: Train hiring managers on effective interview techniques, legal compliance, and how to assess candidates for positions in the QSR environment.

Essential Skills & Experience:



*Recruitment Expertise:

Demonstrated success in recruiting within the QSR or hospitality industry, including managing multi-city recruitment efforts.

*QSR Talent Knowledge:

A strong understanding of the specific talent needs for various roles within the QSR sector.

*HR Fundamentals:

Solid knowledge of essential HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee development, and HR administration.

Adapting to Fast-Paced Environments:



*Flexibility

: Be able to adapt quickly to changing staffing demands, especially during peak hours, holidays, or periods of high turnover.

*Multitasking

: Handle multiple recruitment campaigns at once, ensuring a steady pipeline of candidates for various roles.

Maintaining Candidate Database:



*Database Management

: Organize and maintain a database of current, past, and potential candidates to ensure quick access when new job openings arise.

*Follow-up

: Keep in touch with past applicants who may be interested in future opportunities.

Requirements:

Profile should be sources from Hospitality background experience and knowledge's Should have knowledge about hiring staff and convenience power. Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently capability. Good Communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets. HR in MBA/BBA or equivalent qualification.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
